| 1.5. I am having problems getting emails from Adultlocals? |
Here is what you can do to fix these issues.
Most email providers now routinely have whats called "anti-spam" software. We here at Adultlocals do send out large amounts of emails and due to this, some email providers might see this as spam and put all your Adultlocals emails into the Junk/Bulk folder. Below is a list of email providers, follow the directions and ensure you will receive all the emails from Adultlocals.
Email Providers:- Hotmail
- Yahoo
- America Online (AOL)
- Microsoft Network (MSN)
- Microsoft Outlook
- Other ISP's
Hotmail
1. Click "Options" at the upper right of your inbox screen.
2. Click the first mail option. "Junk E-mail Protection".
3. Click the link, "Safe List".
4. Type "adultlocals.com" in the address box.
5. Click the Add button.
Yahoo
1. Form you inbox, select "Add Contact" from the "Address" pull-down menu.
2. Fill out the "Email" field with the email address from which you would like to receive mail.
3. Click "Save", then "Done".
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the following email addresses:America Online (AOL)
1. In your AOL Mailbox, click the Mail Tab menu, then select "Address Book".
2. Click the "Add" icon, which is located at the bottom of the popup window.
3. Fill out the "Other - Email" field with the email address from which you would likw to receive email.
4. Click the "Primary Email" box.
5. Repeat steps 2 thru 4 for the following email addresses:Microsoft Network (MSN)
1. Click the "Junk E-mail" link at the bottom left of your inbox.
2. Select the third Gaurd Settings link: "Safe List".
3. Enter the email address from which you would like to receive email in the "EMail" field of the pop-up window.
4. Click "Save".
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for the following email addresses:Microsoft Outlook
1. On the Tools menun, click Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
3. Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
4. Click Add.
5. Type adultlocals.com in the address box.
6. Click the Ok botton.
Other ISP's
1. Add the following email addresses to any address book or safe lists with your email service profivder.
2. Repeat step 1 for the following email addresses:It's always good to sometimes check your Junk or Bulk folders for emails from Adultlocals. |
