18 U.S.C. 2257 Record Keeping Requirements
Compliance Statement
Pursuant to 18 USC § 2257, all persons who appear on Adult Locals in any visual depiction of "sexually explicit conduct" as defined in 18 USC § 2256 were over the age of 18 at the time of the creation of such depictions. Records required to be maintained by this section are kept by the custodian of records listed below. As provided by 18 USC § 2257 (h) (3), Adult Local's member data and content is not similarly maintained.
